Dr. Colleen
Dr. Colleen Teska is a doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She worked at Radiant Natural Health Clinic in Niagara, WI for two years focusing on Veteran care (pain management and PTSD) as well as autoimmune disorders and general practice before opening Two Pines in August of 2021.
Colleen earned her Doctoral degree, with an Integrative Medicine in Pain Management focus, and Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX. During her time at AOMA, she received extensive training and over 1,400 clinic hours focused on a variety of Oriental Medicine techniques including advanced pulse and tongue diagnostics (including Neoclassical pulse diagnostics), Balance Method, Master Tung, sports injuries, electrical stimulation, and advanced cupping techniques. Her clinical education included an externship in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of the Austin VA Outpatient Clinic. Colleen is certified in Asian Bodywork (Tuina), Facial Rejuvenation, and NADA (Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist).
A native of Elkhorn, WI, Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has 10 years of experience working in hospitals and clinics, including the University of Chicago Medicine, as a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and stress testing specialist. She also trained in ballet and modern dance at the University of Illinois, University of Wisconsin, and Dancespace NY, danced professionally with a variety of companies in Chicago and Austin, and has enjoyed teaching and choreographing at local dance studios throughout southeast Wisconsin, Michigan, Chicago, Austin, and Colorado.
From her personal exposure and experience with chronic and undiagnosed diseases and sports injuries, Colleen has a strong desire to help those with similar health challenges. She is excited to be sharing this medicine with her home of Eagle, CO and her dancers at VVAD/M2D. In her free time, Colleen enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and dancing with her husband, Scott, and reading FBI/CIA thrillers!

Miss Colleen
Miss Colleen is currently an instructor at MORE2Dance in Eagle, CO and Vail Valley Dance Academy in Edwards, CO where she teaches a variety of classes including ballet, modern, jazz, tap and pointe. Colleen has been instructing for 25+ years and has developed strength and conditioning classes and injury prevention of dancers at studios in WI, TX, MI and CO. She is thrilled to be working on such shows as The Nutcracker again!
